The League of Engaged Frontier Theory & Praxis (LEFT-P) was formed to support public theoretical work across philosophy, political theology, Marxism, philology, translation, and conceptual history.
LEFT-P understands theoretical work as a public and institutional practice rather than a private intellectual exercise. Its work brings together research, editorial coordination, multilingual conceptual labour, public documentation, and long-term cooperation across different intellectual traditions.
The founding purpose of LEFT-P is to provide a durable structure for engaged theoretical work. This includes the preparation of articles, research notes, translations, conference papers, editorial dossiers, institutional statements, and indexed public records. These forms are not treated as separate activities, but as interconnected parts of one public research practice.
LEFT-P also maintains a concern for the material conditions under which concepts circulate. A concept is not only an object of interpretation; it is also a form that can be transmitted, contested, cited, archived, and placed in relation to institutions.
